Emerson in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Emilia Romagna, Italy, seeks a Production Manager to lead the C-Ball product line's manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence across assembly and testing, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to meet business objectives and optimize processes.

You will develop people, foster a collaborative culture, and implement long-term improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing

Competenze

Experience leading manufacturing, production, or operations within an industrial environment.
Experience developing and coaching teams to high performance.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process controls.
Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain and quality.

Mansioni

Lead daily production activities across assembly, testing, and related operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
Coach and support production leaders and staff to foster accountability and continuous learning.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to set priorities and execute plans.
Coordinate assembly and testing to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
