Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Leader, Enterprise Lean & Operational Excellence to guide CI across value streams, improving quality, safety, delivery and cost. This global, virtual role supports teams across locations and drives measurable improvements through training and coaching.

Based in Modena, Emilia-Romagna or remote, you will define lean initiatives with regional plans, deliver Yellow and Green Belt training, mentor teams, and champion a culture of collaboration and growth within Littelfuse.

Qualifications

• Guide CI initiatives across value streams to improve quality, safety, delivery and cost.
• Lead regional lean initiatives and deliver Belt training (Yellow & Green).
• Coach and develop teams; manage performance; promote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects with focus on quality, safety, delivery, and cost.
• Define lean initiatives aligned with regional operational plans.
• Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training.
• Support other duties as assigned.
• Coach and develop teams and manage performance.
• Promote knowledge of lean methodologies and regional implementation.
