Job summary

MENARINI Group is seeking a Global Manufacturing Operational Excellence Manager to drive the deployment of the Operational Excellence strategy across the network. The role partners with production sites and reports to the Global Operational Excellence Lead, with approximately 50% travel to network sites.

The position focuses on productivity, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and the development of a continuous improvement culture while ensuring GMP compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree in a STEM field.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in pharmaceutical contexts or regulated industries.
• Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Technical: strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; GMP knowledge.
• Analytical: ability to analyze productivity, OEE, capacity, KPIs.
• Project management: track record of cross-functional, international projects.
• Soft skills: proactive, structured, results-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity improvements: labor productivity, OEE, manufacturing efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and structured problem solving across sites.
• Lead cross-site Operational Excellence projects with multiple facilities.
• Support validation of manufacturing standards, cycle times, and production capacity assumptions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, reporting standards, and common dashboards.
• Foster best practice sharing and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Develop Operational Excellence capabilities and a continuous improvement culture across the network.
