Qualifications

• Education: STEM degree.
• Experience: 7-10 years in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
• Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• Technical: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; GMP knowledge for pharmaceutical contexts.
• Analytical: experience analyzing productivity, OEE, capacity, KPIs.
• Project management: cross-functional and international projects.
• Soft: proactive, structured, results-oriented, strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Languages: fluent Italian and English; Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity improvements across the network to enhance labor productivity, OEE, and capacity utilization.
• Lead Lean and structured problem solving across sites.
• Head cross-site Operational Excellence projects with multi-site collaboration.
• Support standards validation, cycle times, and capacity assumptions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards for decision-making.
• Foster best-practice sharing and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop Operational Excellence capabilities and promote a continuous improvement culture across the network.
