Job summary

Littelfuse seeks a Leader, Enterprise Lean & Operational Excellence to guide and manage CI efforts across key value streams, improving quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You will lead lean initiatives regionally and deliver Yellow and Green Belt training in a global, virtual role supporting teams across locations, driving measurable improvements and long-term value creation.

• Define lean initiatives aligned with regional operational plans.
• Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training to teams.
