Job summary

Littelfuse seeks a Leader of Enterprise Lean & Operational Excellence to guide CI across value streams and lead Lean initiatives globally. You will coach teams, deliver Yellow and Green Belt training, and drive improvements in quality, safety, delivery, and cost.

This role is global and virtual, with collaboration across locations and functions. Ideal candidates have proven experience leading CI efforts, strong coaching skills, and deep knowledge of lean methodologies with regional
