GE Vernova in Milan seeks a Lead TFA Generator Mechanical to lead on-site installation, preventive maintenance and repair of generators, providing technical direction and ensuring safe, reliable operation.

You will travel extensively (about 80% of time) to project sites, mentor field teams, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and deliver detailed technical reports. You will ensure safety, reliability, and high-quality execution across complex power-generation rotating equipment.

Competenze

• Seasoned technical leader in power generation with ability to interpret complex diagrams and perform high-precision alignment tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams while maintaining safety standards.
• Experience in field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair of generators.
• Provide technical direction to teams and mentor field staff.
• Develop accurate technical reports reflecting site activities and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors to oversee critical tasks.
