GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Applications Engineer (TAE) focused on the Italian market. In this key role, you will provide engineering expertise and commercial support for Grid Automation solutions, participating in various customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, experience in customer-facing roles, and strong knowledge of Power Systems and Substation Automation.

This remote position entails supporting activities across South Europe, particularly in Italy, and requires fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong and deep understanding of Power Systems fundamentals is essential.
• Solid knowledge of Protection & Control principles and Substation Automation systems.

• Provide technical support across the Grid Automation portfolio.
• Support Sales and Commercial teams in defining optimal technical solutions.
• Deliver customer training on application, configuration, and operation of Grid Automation solutions.
