Hitachi Energy is seeking a Field Service Engineer to execute service work following Hitachi Energy standards and safety guidelines across installations, maintenance, and upgrades in Italy.

You will perform on-site and remote analyses, coordinate materials, and ensure customer satisfaction while building strong customer relationships. Italian and English fluency, teamwork, and high travel readiness (>80%) are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma in electrotechnology.
• Experience working onsite with HV equipment.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel throughout Italy (over 80%).

Mansioni

• Perform Service tasks and analyze problems on-site or remotely across service categories (installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, upgrades, etc.).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectations.
• Create and maintain a good relationship with customers and understand their needs.
• Coordinate, prepare and ensure materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
• Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
• Troubleshoot equipment failure and advise on preventing recurrence.
• Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities and report hazards.
