GE Vernova Global Services GmbH is seeking a Lead Field Services Engineer specialized in Electrical Excitation & LCI Systems to oversee end-to-end commissioning, maintenance, and optimization across Europe. You will bridge digital control technology with power generation equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing assets.

You will drive technical excellence onsite, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while promoting a Safety-First culture.

Competenze

• Significant experience in maintaining power plants or commissioning turbine generators.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems and power electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical documentation and control logic.

Mansioni

• Lead onsite electrical activities including installation, commissioning and maintenance of excitation/LCI systems.
• Diagnose and modify software to optimize system performance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage resources to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Provide expert advisory services and mentor field team members.
