Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Milan is seeking a Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer, Italian Speaking, to own end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers. You will work closely with Deployment Strategists, lead technical delivery, and mentor other engineers to raise engineering standards.

You should have 6+ years in software engineering, a CS degree, and be fluent in Italian and English. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus experience with LangChain

Qualifications

• Six+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; strong Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with robust guardrails.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deployable AI solutions.
• Surface field insights to inform Product and Engineering roadmaps.
