Valentino in Rome is seeking an Intern to join the Learning & Development, I&E and Engagement Department. You will support LMS administration, develop learning materials, coordinate trainings, and assist in reporting and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires a degree in HR or related fields, strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel), and English proficiency (B2/C1). This internship offers exposure to luxury fashion learning programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Interest in L&D, people development, and luxury or fashion industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with design tools like Canva.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user management, content uploads, enrollment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support the execution and administration of learning initiatives on the LMS platform, ensuring accurate setup, communication, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms).
• Support the coordination, tracking, and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Help organize training activities and maintain the learning catalogue.
• Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects.
• Support the tracking of suppliers, including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress.
• Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives.
