Inside Lvmh is seeking a Learning Manager to support and empower retail teams, delivering client-focused experiences that drive store performance. You will coach in-store teams across a network, based in Rome, with a focus on selling skills, product training and ongoing development.

In this role you will partner with Store Managers and HR to implement learning strategies, deliver engaging sessions, and track impact to raise the brand experience and sales results.

Competenze

• Must have managerial experience in retail or learning roles.
• Solid background in Learning and Training and coaching.
• Fluent in Italian and English for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Train and coach store teams to embody Brand culture, values and products.
• Implement learning progression aligned with sales targets and guidelines.
• Observe in-store interactions and coach individuals to improve performance.
• Develop coaching skills in Team Managers and career paths with HR.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR on performance.
• Ensure visibility of training activities and monitor impact of sessions.
• Liaise with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver at Country level.
• Facilitate onboarding of newcomers and collaborate with HR on planning.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to provide product training, including launches.
• Share best practices among stores on coaching initiatives.
