We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Store Hospitality & Experience Trainee to join our Store in Roma Condotti.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic retail environment, focusing on enhancing the client’s journey, supporting sales activities and supporting store visits and tours.

Accountabilities

• Support in managing store traffic & client flow
• Deliver Exceptional Client Welcome & Brand Experience
• Support Personalized Service & In-Store Events
• Support the team in coordinating and managing client visits and tours within the store, including the dedicated Domvs (the in-store museum)
• Collaborate with the Corporate Heritage Team and HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team to organize and schedule various visits, including those for students

Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Strong passion for the Brand and its values.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is highly preferred
• Outstanding customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in client experience and retail operations.
