Valentino in Milan is seeking an Intern to join the Client Experience Department. You will support monitoring of client service performance, prepare Excel dashboards, and build monthly and quarterly reports for global and local markets.

You will participate in UAT and help document requirements for new features and process improvements. You should be a recent graduate or current student in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and fluent English.

Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Client Experience Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Support the monitoring and analysis of client service performance, including key service KPIs and SLAs;
• Prepare Excel files and monitoring automatic dashboards
• Build up monthly e quarterly reports for global and local markets;
• Foster performance reviews in Excel or PPT format for internal departments;
• Participation in UAT activities and preparation of technical and/or project documentation (requirements) such as delivery of new features, channels and process enhancements;
• Assist in tracking project activities and deliverables supporting monitoring project timelines, utilizing project tools such as Planner and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation (eg. procedures and knowledge bases);
• Support administrative and back-end activities related to Client Service operations such as systems updates, users internal audit, first and second level escalation monitoring of technical issues, invoice tracking and other back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Interest in Client Service, Client Experience, and Service Operations;
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
