Fendi Italia Srl is offering an internship to support the Merchandising department with analysis, reporting and cross-functional coordination. The role involves preparing business documents for collection launches, showroom activities, and store launch documentation.

You will assist with cross-functional coordination, data consolidation, and the identification of hero products for communications, contributing to cross-category assortments for capsules and events.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Fluency in English; Italian a plus.

The internship aims to provide operational support to the Merchandising department across analysis, reporting and cross functional coordination activities. The intern will contribute to the preparation and consolidation of business documents supporting collection launches, showroom activities, store launch documentation and ad hoc departmental projects.

Job responsibilities:

• Support departmental analysis and reporting activities, including data consolidation and preparation of summary documents.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination, tracking inputs, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the preparation and update of documents for store launches, collections, showrooms, shootings and other merchandising activities.
• Support product-focused activities by helping identify hero products within the collection to push in communication, and by contributing to the creation of dedicated cross-category assortments for special capsules, pop-ups and ad hoc commercial initiatives.

Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing or related fields, with a strong interest in luxury fashion and merchandising.
• good analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize information clearly and accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is required;
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian would be considered a plus.
• A proactive, curious and reliable attitude, together with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, will be key to successfully support the department's activities.

Additional information:

For internship programs, the monthly reimbourse associated is EUR 800 gross.

This role is also eligible for lunch tickets.
