Sephora Milano is seeking a Specialist to drive KPI performance, lead a diverse store team, and optimize omnichannel services across Sephora platforms. You will ensure quality standards in makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection while coaching colleagues to meet daily and monthly objectives.

The role emphasizes training on technical skills, resolving disputes, and fostering a collaborative team environment to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Competenze

• Experience in managing qualitative and quantitative KPIs across retail channels.
• Budget management, analysis and daily reporting experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to monitor and improve customer journey and service standards.
