Sephora Trento is seeking a Specialist to actively manage and motivate the store team, monitor KPIs, and drive omnichannel services such as Click & Collect and Sephora+. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer journeys and achieving daily and monthly objectives.

You will develop team skills, ensure makeup, skincare, fragrance standards, and coordinate trainings, with strong English language competency and 3–4 years in similar roles in multinational retail.

Competenze

• 3–4 years in a similar role within a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
• Strong ability to monitor key performance indicators and drive results.
• Experience with omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, app integrations).
