Sephora USA, Inc. seeks a Specialist in Ferrara to oversee store KPIs, lead a team, and ensure a superior customer journey. You will coordinate omnichannel services, train staff, and uphold Sephora standards to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on monitoring store results, guiding team development, and ensuring compliance with procedures, promotions, and merchandising strategies in a dynamic retail environment.

• Managing and monitoring KPI including Recruitment, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, and Omnichannel services.
• Monitoring team performances and defining corrective actions.

• Ensuring quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
• Training on technical skills.
• Resolving disputes.

• Informing the team through briefings about results and objectives.
