Sephora Milano is seeking a Specialist to lead the Milano via Torino team and actively manage KPIs across retail operations. You will monitor team performance, train staff, ensure Sephora quality standards, and drive the customer journey to deliver exceptional service.

You will coordinate with store leadership, support daily activities, and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy. English proficiency is required for this multinational environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in a multinational retail environment.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, budget management, analysis and daily reporting.
• English professional knowledge.
• Strong relationships management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and Omnichannel services.
• Monitor team performances and define corrective actions.
• Manage the department team, developing skills and talents.
• Ensure quality standards of makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
• Train on technical skills and resolve disputes.
• Develop team spirit and motivate members to meet goals.
• Brief team on current results and daily/monthly objectives.
• Guarantee the best Customer Journey while respecting guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate activities with Trade & Communication Department and organize in-store events.
