Savino Del Bene is seeking a Level 1 Junior IT Support Technician to join the Corporate IT team in Scandicci, Italy, on a fixed-term contract. After initial training, you will relocate to Fairless Hills, PA, to support U.S. warehouse operations from a hands-on infrastructure role.

You will assist with Active Directory, networking, and wireless systems, while providing on-site and remote support. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 1–3 years in IT support and a readiness to learn.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Basic Windows Active Directory skills.
• Foundation in networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with enterprise wireless networks (Wi‑Fi).
• Proficiency with Windows 11 Pro and standard PC hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication for remote users.

Mansioni

• Active Directory & End-User Support: manage PCs in Windows AD, create user accounts, troubleshoot peripherals.
• Network & Infrastructure: support LAN/WAN, install switches, VLANs, DHCP/DNS issues.
• Wireless & RF Systems: configure enterprise Wi‑Fi, troubleshoot coverage/interference, support RF scanners.
• On-Site Support & Documentation: provide hands-on support at warehouses, maintain IT asset inventory.
• Remote Support & Ticketing: provide remote helpdesk support and resolve tickets.
