INNOCEAN is a global marketing and communications agency seeking a Jr. HR & Facility Manager (Freelancer) to join our team and help build a vibrant, seamless, and efficient work environment.

You will support our people while ensuring the office runs smoothly, bridging HR and Facility Management for a 360-degree exposure. In this versatile role, you will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, organize team events, manage payroll/finance support, and oversee facility operations, IT support, and health

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, office administration, General Affairs, or IT operations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Working knowledge of cloud workplace suites (Microsoft 365).
• Basic understanding of hardware setup (macOS/Windows), network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN), and software license management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors.

Mansioni

• Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding workflows.
• Culture & Engagement: assist in organizing team events, workshops, and wellness activities.
• HR Payroll/Finance Support: handling reimbursements, presences, lunch tickets, and purchase requests; invoice verification.
• Facility & Supply Management: oversee office maintenance, manage inventories, liaise with building management and vendors.
• Asset Management: track furniture, devices, and office equipment.
• Travel & Procurement: assist with travel bookings and vendor contracts.
• Health & Safety: ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
