Joinrs is looking for a Junior HR Generalist to support HR functions in the EMEA region. This remote role is designed for individuals who can work independently and take a proactive approach in managing HR processes.

Mansioni

• Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions.
• Maintain our HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with managers to support HR processes.
• Process new hires ensuring onboarding documentation is accurate.
• Conduct regular audits of employment files to ensure GDPR compliance.
