Hotel La Palma - Capri’s first hotel, built in 1822, currently being transformed into an elegant and exclusive 50-room-and-suite hotel. Located mere steps from the famous Piazzetta, it will comprise a newly built pool deck, a spa and a high-fashion boutique. Acting as a dedicated point of contact throughout the guest journey, the role supports the anticipation of guest needs, fosters meaningful relationships, and helps transform every stay into a distinctive and memorable experience.

Working closely with operational departments, the Junior Guest Relations Agent contributes to delivering seamless service, ensuring that every interaction is handled with warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
