SANY Group is hiring a Junior Sales Manager to strengthen the Italian dealer network and drive channel performance. You will support end-to-end dealer portfolio management, monitor KPIs, and contribute to sales targets across the Italian market.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in sales, a relevant degree, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel across Italy is expected to support dealer visits, trainings, and promotional activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of sales management experience; construction machinery or related industries preferred.
• Native Italian with professional business English.

Mansioni

• Support daily dealer partner management and monitor KPIs and sales targets.
• Visit dealers across Italy, collect market feedback and report to product teams.
• Assist dealers with tenders, quotations, promotions and training.
• Track sales pipeline and prepare forecasts in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, after-sales, logistics, and finance to resolve issues.
• Participate in trade fairs and dealer events and support local channel marketing.
• Support contract administration, rebates, and incentive program execution.
• Identify improvement points to upgrade dealer capability and grow business.
