A leading global customer experience company is looking for Italian speakers for a support and content moderation role. Based in either Porto or Lisbon, you will provide user support and ensure content quality while working in a diverse team. This full-time position requires Italian fluency and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Contract Type: Full-time, Shifts (including weekends if required)

About the Role

Are you fluent in Italian and ready to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal? Were hiring motivated professionals to work in Customer Support and Content Moderation roles across various international projects and platforms.

You’ll provide user support and ensure content compliance, working alongside a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic and international environment.

What Youll Do

Customer Support:

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution

Provide accurate product and service information

Content Moderation:

Review and evaluate user-generated content

Enforce compliance with platform policies

Escalate complex cases to specialized teams

Ensure content quality, objectivity, and safety

What Were Looking For

Italian fluency (C1 or higher)

English proficiency (minimum B2)

EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Availability to work on-site in Porto

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends if needed
