Celduc relais is expanding its presence in Italy. We are seeking a Sales Manager Italy (M/F) who will lead sales across the country, strengthen distributor relationships, and build long-term partnerships.

You will report to the Sales Director in France and operate with significant autonomy, supported by our teams in France. You will develop the Italian market, identify opportunities, and promote our durable, high-reliability SSRs and related products.

Competenze

• Master's-level technical-sales profile or equivalent.
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communicator with customers, distributors and partners.
• Fluent in Italian; professional English and French.
• Willing to travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Identify customer needs and align with commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across Italy in line with targets.
• Develop a structured prospecting plan and execute it.
• Negotiate and sell solutions meeting technical requirements.
• Act as ambassador and promote brand at distributor/agent locations.
• Visit customers and audits of distribution networks.
• Monitor market trends and report strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with design/R&D to enhance technical knowledge.
• Oversee pre-sales and after-sales activities and payment support.
• Provide accurate commercial reporting and budget control.
