celduc relais is seeking a Sales Manager Italy (M/F) to drive growth across Italy. This field-based role reports to the Sales Director in France and will build strong distributor and customer relationships while turning technical expertise into long-term partnerships.

You will be based in Italy, travel frequently, and lead revenue growth with support from France. The role offers a competitive fixed package with performance-based incentives and autonomy.

• Master's degree in technical sales or engineering.
• Fluent in Italian with professional English and French.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Identify and develop opportunities across Italy to expand market share.
