celduc® relais is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow the Italian market. You will report to the Sales Director in France and act as the face of celduc® relais in Italy, strengthening distributor and customer relationships across the country.

You will have significant autonomy with support from the France teams, identifying opportunities, negotiating tailored solutions, and driving revenue while upholding product quality and compliance.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in technical-sales or equivalent.
• Fluent Italian with professional command of English and French.
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques with technical curiosity.

Mansioni

• Identify and analyze customer needs to shape commercial strategy and solution positioning.
• Drive revenue growth across Italy in line with management targets.
• Develop a structured prospecting plan and obtain validation from the Sales Director for execution.
• Negotiate and sell tailored solutions meeting customer technical requirements and standards.
• Represent celduc® relais as the commercial ambassador at distributors and agent locations across Italy.
