celduc® relais is seeking a field-based Senior Sales Manager to expand our presence in Italy. You will develop sales across Italy, strengthen distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, and translate our technical expertise into lasting partnerships.

You will report to the Sales Director in France and travel frequently across the country. Based in Italy with a Master’s level technical-sales profile, you’ll combine engineering insight with business development, negotiate effectively,

Competenze

• Master's level technical‑sales profile or equivalent.
• Fluent Italian with good English and French.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
• Strong command of sales and negotiation techniques.

Mansioni

• Identify and analyze customer pain points to inform commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue growth within your territory in line with management targets.
• Develop a structured prospecting plan and execute it with discipline.
• Prospect, negotiate, and sell solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Act as a commercial ambassador for celduc®, promoting the brand at distributor and agent locations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and distribution network audits.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics; report to Sales Director.
• Enhance technical expertise in collaboration with design and R&D teams.
• Oversee pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including payments support.
