celduc® relais is seeking a Sales Manager Italy (M/F) to drive growth across Italy, developing distributor and customer relationships, and turning our technical expertise into long-term partnerships.

Reporting to the Sales Director in France, you will manage field-based activities, travel frequently, and collaborate with our teams to deliver durable, reliable, and 100% French-made technology to customers.

Competenze

• Master's level technical-sales profile.
• Strong command of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Fluent in Italian with good English and French.

Mansioni

• Identify and analyze customer pain points to inform commercial strategy and solution positioning.
• Drive revenue growth within your territory in alignment with volume and margin objectives.
• Develop a structured prospecting plan and execute it with discipline and consistency.
• Negotiate and sell solutions tailored to customer technical requirements, promoting quality and compliance.
• Act as a commercial ambassador for celduc® relais, promoting the brand at distributor and agent locations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and distribution network audits to strengthen partnerships.
