celduc® relais is seeking a Sales Manager Italy (M/F) to drive growth across Italy, reporting to the Sales Director in France. You will develop distributor and customer relationships, identify opportunities, and translate technical expertise into long-term partnerships.

Based in Italy with frequent travel, you will work autonomously while receiving strong support from our French team. This permanent field-based role offers ownership of the Italian market and a clear path to impact.

Competenze

• Master's-level technical-sales profile and cross-disciplinary mindset.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with technical curiosity.
• Fluent Italian with good English and French.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.

• Identify and analyze customer pain points to inform commercial strategy.
