celduc® relais is expanding its Italian field team under the Sales Director in France. The Sales Manager will develop and manage customer and distributor relationships across Italy, identify opportunities and translate our technical expertise into lasting partnerships.
Based in Italy with willingness to travel, you will lead commercial efforts with autonomy and close cross-border support from France, reporting regularly and helping shape the future of our Italian market with a French industrial
Competenze
- Master's-level technical-sales profile (Bac+5)
- Fluent in Italian with good English and French
- Based in Italy and willing to travel frequently across the country
- Autonomous, results-oriented with strong business development mindset
- Motivated by international business and collaboration with a French manufacturer
Mansioni
- Identify and analyze customer needs to inform commercial strategy
- Drive revenue growth across Italy in line with management targets
- Develop structured prospecting and validation with Sales Director
- Negotiate and sell solutions tailored to technical requirements
- Promote celduc® relais brand at distributors and agent locations
- Conduct regular visits and audits to strengthen partnerships
- Monitor market trends and recommend growth opportunities
- Collaborate with design/R&D for technical insights
- Oversee pre- and post-sales activities including payments
- Provide structured commercial reporting and manage territory budget
