Job summary

Dyness Europe seeks a Sales Manager to grow the Italian market for residential energy storage and 2C products. You will drive channel development, manage key accounts, and push sales targets through distributors, installers, and retailers while gathering market feedback.

In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Service, and HQ to execute go-to-market plans, support new product introductions, and deliver regular forecasts and reviews across Italy and neighboring regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields.
• 5+ years of sales or business development in renewables or related industries.
• Established Italian customer resources in residential channels and distribution.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and retail models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent English and Italian; willing to travel within Italy and nearby countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Italy sales plan for residential energy storage and 2C products.
• Achieve sales targets through channel development, key account management, and pipeline conversion.
• Develop residential channels including distributors, wholesalers, installers, solar retailers, and local energy partners.
• Develop 2C retail channels including online/offline retailers, marketplaces, and consumer platforms.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners; lead commercial negotiations.
• Support new product introductions, pricing feedback, and go-to-market in Italy.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Product, and HQ to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
