PRAMAC is seeking a Sales Manager for BESS in Italy, based in Casole d’Elsa (Siena). The role focuses on growing the C&I Energy Storage business, building strong customer relationships and driving the overall sales strategy in the Italian market.

The candidate will need a degree in a relevant field, sales experience, knowledge of energy storage, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in English is required to interact with international teams and clients.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is a plus.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing for Energy Storage Solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
• Contribute to defining and executing the sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry developments.
