Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Sales Manager BESS – Italy to join our Casole d’Elsa, Siena headquarters. You will identify and develop new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial energy storage market, build strong customer relationships, and support the sales strategy for energy storage solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering, business, or renewable energy, has sales or business development experience, and is willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is considered a plus.
• Availability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry developments.
