Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Sales Manager BESS for Italy to drive growth in energy storage solutions from its Casole d’Elsa HQ. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead the sales cycle with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, sales experience in energy or industrial sectors, willingness to travel, and fluency in English. Italian market knowledge is a plus; the position is based in Casole d’Elsa, Siena, Italy.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, power generation, electrical equipment, or related sectors is a plus.
Availability to travel as required.
Professional proficiency in English.

Mansioni

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Expand Pramac’s market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage business.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry developments.
