Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to expand our presence in Italy by identifying, pitching, and onboarding top restaurant partners. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from leads to closure—driving regional growth and value for partners.

You will build data-driven offers, negotiate fair commissions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. Fluent Italian and professional English are required; strong resilience and a bias for action

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high‑perfomance B2B sales with measurable targets.
• Experience in food-hospitality, on-demand delivery, FMCG, or high-growth tech platforms preferred.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard top restaurant partners across Italy.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build data-driven commercial offers and business cases for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless partner onboarding and growth.
