G2 Travel seeks a Destination Manager for Italy Provinces to lead hotel contracting outside major cities. Based in Rome or remote in Italy, you will own the commercial relationship and drive the most competitive offers.

You will negotiate exclusive terms, visit hotels, monitor performance, and collaborate with global sales teams to grow room nights and revenue. This role requires 2+ years in travel/hotel contracting, strong negotiation, fluency in Italian and English, and Excel/data analysis

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in travel industry, preferably hotel contracting or hotel leisure sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence at all levels of an organisation, including hotel management.
• Significant recent experience of hotel contracting in the destination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis to drive growth.

Mansioni

• Secure exclusive terms with hotels and manage supplier relations.
• Identify strategic accounts and suppliers to target.
• Conduct regular hotel visits and business trips within the contracting area.
• Achieve room night and revenue targets by monitoring competitiveness of rates and availability.
• Be the hotel expert for the assigned region with market knowledge.
• Develop strong relationships with sales leaders and management worldwide.
