Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to oversee the health and growth of its hotel supply in Italy, based in Milan. You will manage hotels, optimize setup with discounts and availability, and drive regional market presence through cross-functional collaboration and strategic partner relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Italian market, strong data-driven decision-making, and effective communication across teams. Regular travel within Italy (about every 4–6 weeks) is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new sales, account management and partner support.
• Fluent Italian and English; other EU languages a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to exceed quarterly hotel targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Educate clients on product updates and feedback to internal teams.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, policy, legal, tax and support.
• Understand Italian market trends to inform internal and external stakeholders.
