Zusammenfassung

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager in Rome to coordinate a portfolio of 12 hotels across Italy, with a focus on Corporate accounts and support for MICE. The role involves direct client engagement, travel and event sales, and representation at industry events.

You will drive revenue through corporate accounts, manage CRM data, and report on KPIs while collaborating with an international hotel group committed to growth and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with Corporate clients, agencies and key accounts, and support MICE opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial activity across the current four-hotel portfolio and future hotels in Italy.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities via prospecting and sales activities.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and hotel tours presenting accommodation and event facilities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows and industry events.
