Listgrove Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Area Manager for Polymer Materials in Italy. The role requires taking ownership of the Italian markets, developing new business and expanding relationships with polymer processors and related manufacturers.

You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure excellent customer support across Europe. You will travel to meet clients, represent the company at industry events, and manage CRM records and payment performance.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience within plastics/polymers industries.
• Strong track record of developing new business and managing key accounts.
• Experience selling technical raw materials into plastics processing markets is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Analyze opportunities within the Italian catchment and acquire new prospects to develop the market.
• Maintain active client portfolio and grow accounts through loyalty-building activities.
• Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors and plastics converters.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
• Deliver sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor customer payments.
