Listgrove Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Area Manager – Polymer Materials for the Italian market. You will own the Italian territory, identify new business, and grow existing customers within plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, and related materials.

You will collaborate with technical and production teams to tailor solutions, travel across Europe for meetings and exhibitions, and maintain CRM records while building long‑term partnerships with processors and converters.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, additives or related materials.
• Strong ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills and market development mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential; Italian language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze opportunities within the Italian catchment and acquire new prospects to grow the market.
• Maintain and grow the active client portfolio through loyalty and value‑added service.
• Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors, film producers and other plastics converters.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
• Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer payment performance.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry exhibitions and trade fairs across Europe.
