Listgrove Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive / Area Manager to own the Italian market from Novara, Piedmont. You will drive new business development and deepen relationships with polymer processors and compounders across Italy.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work with technical and production teams to tailor solutions for customers, deliver market intelligence, forecasts, and maintain CRM records while representing the company at industry events in Europe.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience within plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, or related materials industries.
• Fluent English and Italian required; other languages are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunities and develop the Italian market, including new prospects and account growth.
• Maintain and grow an active client portfolio with loyalty-building activities.
