Listgrove Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive / Area Manager for Polymer Materials in Italy. You will own the Italian markets, drive new business, and grow existing customer relationships across the plastics sector.

You will work closely with technical and production teams to tailor solutions, build long-term partnerships, and represent the company at industry events throughout Europe. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with willingness to travel extensively.

• Proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch or related materials.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willing to travel across Italy and Europe.
• Strong commercial drive with ability to develop long-term partnerships.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunities in the Italian market and acquire new prospects.
• Grow and maintain the active client portfolio.
• Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors, and film producers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored plastics solutions.
• Deliver sales forecasts, market intelligence and reports.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs in Europe.
