Listgrove Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Area Manager for Polymer Materials in Italy. You will own the Italian markets, developing new business and growing existing customer relationships across the plastics industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate with technical and production teams to tailor solutions, build partnerships with compounders and processors, and represent the company at industry events across Europe.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, masterbatch or related materials.
• Strong track record of new business development and key account management.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze opportunities within the Italian catchment; contact and develop new prospects.
• Maintain and grow active client portfolio; drive account growth.
• Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, processors and plastics converters.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent support.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor customer payment performance.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry exhibitions and trade fairs across Europe.
