Listgrove Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive / Area Manager for Polymer Materials in Italy. You will own the Italian market, drive new business and grow existing relationships with polymer processors, compounders and additives suppliers.

This strategic yet hands-on role requires technical understanding of plastics and strong negotiation skills; travel across Europe for customer meetings and trade fairs is expected.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, or related materials.
• Ability to develop new business while managing strategic customer relationships.
• Fluent English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunities in the Italian market and acquire new prospects.
• Maintain and grow the active client portfolio and revenue.
• Build relationships with processors, masterbatch manufacturers and converters.
• Provide market feedback, forecasts and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with technical, production and customer service teams to support customers.
