Listgrove Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Executive / Area Manager – Polymer Materials for the Italian market. You will own the Italian territory, drive new business development, and grow existing customer relationships within the plastics sector.

The role requires close collaboration with technical and production teams to tailor solutions for polymer processors, compounds, and additives. You will travel across Europe to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and build strategic partnerships while

Competenze

Proven sales experience in plastics, polymers, or related materials.
Strong track record of developing new business and managing key accounts.
Fluent English and Italian; willingness to travel.

Mansioni

Analysing opportunities within the established catchment area and acquiring new prospects.
Maintaining active client portfolio and driving growth of these accounts.
Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors and plastics converters.
Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
Collaborate with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer payment performance.
Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events across Europe.
