• Experience leading teams (4+ direct reports) and building scalable operations.
• Strong regulatory/compliance awareness for Italian markets.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage Excel and Looker for insights.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ direct reports across rider acquisition, rider experience/support, billing & cash management, union relations, and legal/authorities support.
• Define, deploy and monitor local processes to ensure compliance with Italian regulations and authorities' guidelines.
• Establish productive union dialogue and external institutional relationships.
• Improve rider onboarding, support, and automated billing and cash management processes.
• Collaborate with Global Operations, Legal and Finance to align local operations with global strategies and scale through data and automation.
