Job summary

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero Group, seeks an Office Manager to lead operations for its Italian market from Milan HQ, supporting offices in Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, and Palermo. You’ll drive administrative excellence, vendor coordination, onboarding, and budget control while shaping a vibrant office culture.

You will plan large-scale events and engage employees through regular activities, with a focus on Italian and English communications, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Office Management, Workplace, or Administrative roles.
• Fast learner with proactive, can-do attitude; autonomous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage events.

Responsibilities

• Central Administration: main contact for admin matters including PEC, payments, merchandising, onboarding.
• Budget Management: manage office budgets and supply inventory.
• Facilities Management: coordinate with vendors for cleaning, catering, security across five locations.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with Senior Managers, interns, and external providers.
• Event Planning: plan and execute major office events including Summer/Winter parties and leadership summits.
